Bankole Akinlade

Bankole Akinlade is a property developer, construction professional and business leader with experience across residential development, construction and project delivery.

As Founder and Managing Director of RockTower Homes, he leads the strategic direction of the business while remaining closely involved in identifying development opportunities, shaping project strategy and overseeing delivery. His experience spans the full development lifecycle, from early-stage assessment and design through construction, stakeholder management and completion.

Bankole combines a background in business analysis with practical construction knowledge and formal training in building construction, enabling him to bring both commercial judgement and technical understanding to development decisions.

His approach is hands-on, collaborative and relationship-led, with a strong emphasis on clear communication, disciplined execution and long-term value.

At RockTower Homes, Bankole works closely with landowners, investors, consultants, contractors and development partners to create distinctive homes through thoughtful development and strong partnerships.

Eyitayo Olotu

Eyitayo Olotu is a property developer, architect and entrepreneur with extensive experience across residential development, design and property investment in the UK and Nigeria. His background combines architectural training with hands-on development experience, giving him a strong understanding of how design, planning, commercial viability and delivery come together to create successful residential schemes.

A Cardiff University alumnus, Eyitayo has been involved in residential projects ranging from major housing developments to bespoke schemes, including work on Waterquarter at Cardiff Bay and the Ellsworth Gardens development in Lagos. His experience spans concept development, planning, design coordination and the delivery of homes designed around quality, functionality and long-term value.

As Co-Founder of RockTower Homes, Eyitayo brings a design-led and commercially grounded perspective to the business, working alongside the team to identify opportunities, shape development strategy and create distinctive homes in carefully selected locations.

His approach reflects RockTower's core philosophy: thoughtful development, strong partnerships and quality homes built to last.
